It 'important to us, via email or by telephone, confirmation of booking and payment of the deposit within a short time, to maintain the availability of rooms required.
PAYMENT BALANCE ON ARRIVAL
The payment of the remaining amount (balance) is provided on arrival, before the apartment. E 'possible to pay cash, POS / ATM and credit card VISA or MASTERCARD.
Times of arrival and departure
Stay depart 16:00 on day of arrival at 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The time control of the rooms is from 08:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure.
On arrival each guest is asked to deliver to the reception of a valid identity document, to complete the formalities of registration.
No Smoking
In the rooms and common areas is strictly forbidden to smoke.
Volume of television
You pray the guests to keep the television and any music equipment at a volume that meets the calm and harmony of the environment, especially during the hours of rest: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 09:00.
Rules for the access of foreign
By the day you pray the gentlemen guests to indicate the presence of their relatives and friends to reception. During night is strictly prohibited the presence of strangers in every area of farm. Access to the rooms as the areas of farm is not allowed to strangers and persons not previously recognized or recorded using a document as proof of identity from the viewing direction.
Security
The management exempts from all liability for any personal items left unattended in rooms or in communal areas. It will be the responsibility of the gentlemen guests keep personal items of value, both in rooms and public areas of farm.

The parking is not guarded.
Pets
Pets not allowed in the rooms, as in common areas.
