Important

BED AND BATH: The weekly stays do not include bed and bath linen (sheets and towels) if required 10.00 euros per person.

FLAT RATE COSTS: for the final cleaning and for water, current and gas:

• 50.00 Euro for apartment Adamello, Pastello, Moscal, Baldo, (which goes for at least one week stay only).
• 70,00 Euro for apartment Presanella, Breanta, Care Alto, (which goes for at least one week stay only).

AIR CONDITIONING: it's available in flat Pastello and Adamello only,and it costs 8.00 Euro per day

LAUNDRY is also available for our customers.

Bike (Mountain bike): the rental of bike is available on demand
Breakfast directly in your room if required.

ARRIVALS: CHECK-IN from 16:00 to 20:00, (unless you have different agreement with the management).
DEPARTURES: CHECK-OUT before 10:00 am

Deposit at your Arrival: 150.00 Euro  which must be paid immediatly after your arrival and they will be given back to you at the end of your stay.
Children: till 4 years old free stay, in the bed with their parents. children till 13 years old pay 15.00€/20.00€ .


BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT.

In order to book you can choose one of the following methods:

We ask our kind customers to write while booking the ecact numbers of the people and their relative age. We cannot add supplementary beds that have not been previously booked. Furthermore, the booking wiil be confirmed after the deposit payment only, which corresponds to the 30% of the total price of your stay. If after the payment of the deposit you decide not to spend your holydays in our Agriturismo anymore, the deposit will not be given back. No money will be refunded in case of early departure.

The deposit con be paid by following one of the procedures written below:

It is important to confirm within short time your reservation and the consequent, successful payment of the deposit by e- mail or by phone call, so we con keep the chosen flat free for you.

PAYMENT BALANCE ON ARRIVAL

The remaning balance must be paid soon after your arrival, (before entering your flat).

Arrival and departure times
Your stay by our Agriturismo starts at 4 pm on your arrival day and ends at 10 am on the day of your departure. The flat will be checked from 8 am until 10 am of the day of your departure. At your arrival you have to give evertone's valid identity card or passport, in order to carry out all the registration formalities.

No Smoking
In the rooms and common areas is strictly forbidden to smoke.

Volume of television
We ask to our customers to keep the volume of the TV or any music equipment low (firt of all during the rest hours from 2 pm until 4pm and from 12pm until 9 am), in order to keep the harmony and the peace that our environment offers.

Your own guests.

We ask our kind costumer to inform the management, if someone during the day ( relatives or friends) visits you. During the night your guests are not allowed to stay neither in your flat nor in the common areas of Agriturismo. Moreover, it is forbidden to bring foreigners, who have not been previously registered through on identity card or passport at the direction office, in your flat or common areas

Security
The management  accepts no responsability for personal, unattended abjects in your flat rooms as weel as as in the common areas. It is your own responsability to look after your personal and valuable objects in your flat and in the common areas of Agriturismo. We recommend our customers, not damage and not steal the object in your flat or in the common areas. Every abuse will be reported to the local police authority. The car park is unattended as well.

Pets
It is not allowed to bring pets neither in the rooms in your flat nor in the common areas.
